Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in various files and databases
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or directing them to the appropriate department
- Transcribe documents or audio recordings accurately and efficiently
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage the Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed
- Proofread documents for errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department at the front desk
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and proofreading tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain files and records systematically
