JOB SUMMARY: Manage all business related activity to achieve the Caraday Healthcare vision and supporting strategies and assures that the company image as an ethical and high quality provider of health services is maintained.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
compensated for merit within Caraday pay guidelines
financial reports, Public Health or Department of Labor surveys, plans of corrections,
responses to corporate request, replies to resident council and others as needed
fund reconciliation and resident funds approval
A. Cooperate and work together with all co-workers; plan and complete job duties with minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment
B. Report complaints, problems and concerns regarding co-workers, management or residents in accordance with company policy
C. Complete requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene and other work duties as assigned
