    Grace Skilled Nursing & Therapy in Jenks is a dynamic center for post-acute nursing and therapy stays along with a comfortable, home-like setting for long-term care. Our patients and residents enjoy interacting with young people attending the Intergenerational School housed within our walls and home to pre-K and K students – in partnership with Jenks Public Schools – each Fall and Spring. Grace Jenks offers a truly unique quality of life for the people entrusted to our care and leadership opportunity for the right Administrator.

    Our ideal candidate has at least two (2) years of progressive performance as an administrator and can demonstrate excellent leadership skills, a proven track record of census development, sound financial performance and survey compliance.

    Responsibilities and Purpose

    • Responsible for overall management of clinical, regulatory, administrative and financial direction of a private pay Assisted Living Memory Care.
    • Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and with accrediting organizations.
    • Maintains knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommends operational changes as needed.

    Requirements

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
    • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator credentialed in Oklahoma
