Job Title: Medicare Benefits Analyst

Job Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Medicare insurance plans to eligible beneficiaries. You will educate potential clients about Medicare coverage options, help them navigate the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support to ensure their healthcare needs are met. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills on the phone and in person, eager to learn, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of potential customers' healthcare needs and financial situations to determine eligibility for Medicare plans.
• Educate customers on the various Medicare options available, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Medicare Part D prescription drug plans.
• Present and explain the features, benefits, and costs of different Medicare plans to customers, ensuring they understand their coverage options.
• Assist customers in completing enrollment forms and submitting required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have and provide ongoing support throughout the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to stay updated on changes to Medicare regulations, plan offerings, and coverage guidelines.
• Attend dinner workshops.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex information to customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• State insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure within a specified timeframe.
• Commitment to ethical business practices and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• Must have reliable transportation
