Additionally, Benefits Clerk requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Benefits Clerk works under moderate supervision. Customer satisfaction and teamwork are two of our core values. In this role you’ll play an important part in helping ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high quality customer service to our benefit plan participants and their beneficiaries at a difficult time in their lives. You’ll work with your other members of the Survivor Benefits team as well as other members of the Customer Service department or other areas of Wespath to ensure these customers receive their benefits when they need them most.
