Other Responsibilities- Support patients during treatment using positive communication and reinforcement to ensure optimal results.
- Educate patients about maintaining healthy lifestyles.
- Maintain accurate patient medical records.
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Follow implemented protocols.
- Other duties as needed to support our patients.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma / GED.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable as situations may require.
- Reliability with scheduled shifts.
Preferred Qualifications- An associates degree in communications, marketing, business, or pre-med from an accredited university or equivalent experience in related field.
- Previous customer service experience highly desired.
