Benefits Manager develops, implements, administers, and maintains benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Ensures programs are equitable, meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, and are cost effective. Being a Benefits Manager develops benefits communications and counsels employees on benefits related issues. Evaluates existing benefits programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends and developments. Additionally, Benefits Manager requires a bachelor's degree. May require Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). Typically reports to director. The Benefits Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Account Manager, Voluntary Benefits is responsible for managing an assigned block of Beneplace Voluntary Benefits clients and developing deep relationships within their accounts. They will work to overcome challenges, drive strong enrollment on voluntary benefit offerings and increase engagement on the perks platform. The Account Manager, Voluntary Benefits will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within their client base and driving cross-sell efforts to increase voluntary benefit offerings and adoption of the perks platform.
This role can be based in Austin, Orlando, or Miami and is hybrid with 2 days per week in office.
