Position Description:

• To meet your full-time hours, 50/50 travel between our Corpus Christi and Victoria locations is required.
• Starting pay at $24/hr during the initial training period, pay transitions to salary if/when you graduate to FA.
• Depending on results and performance, you may qualify for a pay increase.
• Comprehensive training provided
• Internal title is Facility Administrator (FA)
• The Facility Administrator is a hybrid role as the operational and admin leader of their facility , but is also trained to expert level at all front office, clinical, and marketing & business developing positions within the facility.
• All FAs are required to train and fully qualify at all 7 front line positions… CS1-CS4, PCC1-2, and Marketing, prior to transitioning to the leadership role. This transition will be gradual.
• The FAs are versed in Lean operations, process engineering, staff scheduling, hours management, staff development, performance reviews, disciplinary action, people management, team building, and assurance of excellent patient care and service.
• Long-term, the role will be 50% admin and operations leadership work, and 50% filling-in/floater at one of the many positions he is trained at. This serves two purposes, 1. To fill in at a position where we are short on any particular day, and 2. For you to stay skilled at all front line positions, which will allow you to be a more effective, and respected, leader.

Schedule:

• 8-12 hour shifts, Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays

Requirements:

• You must have an open-flexible schedule
• MBA and/or MHA OR at least 3 years of operations, process engineering, and leadership experience preferred
• Progressive training: Internalize our Training Manual>Trainee at front line position>Frontline employee>FA trainee>FA & Process Engineer... must excel at each prior level in short order prior to advancing
• If/when you reach the FA position, you must read, internalize, and summarize "Lean Six Sigma for Hospitals", practice Lean methodology going forward
