LOCATION: NRTF (White Sands Missile Range), Holloman AFB, NM – On Site

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Incumbent will be required to perform the following duties:

• Providing Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) support for NRTF on the E-OMS contract (i.e. coordinating shipping and receiving of TMDE equipment for contract calibration and warranty repairs).
• Identify actions necessary for TMDE that is out of tolerance or determined to be unserviceable when presented for calibration.
• Advise customers who do not present their equipment for calibration that corrective action must be taken.
• Manage the TMDE five-year buy plan, ensure that new TMDE acquisitions are processed through PMEL and properly labeled in accordance with T.O 33K-1-100-1 / T.O. 00 20-14.
• Will be responsible for maintaining and updating TMDE Table of Allowances as well as processing approved requests and documentation of changes in the locally-developed TMDE Database.

GENERAL DUTIES: This position works under minimal supervision and reports to the NRTF Program Manager. Performs various TMDE support activities including filing records, reporting on use of test equipment, monitoring customer orders and posting calibration schedules. Assist with TMDE management actions to include assisting with updating TMDE management records. Assist with maintaining asset calibration cycles and equipment redistribution. Prepare/submit reports; assist with inventories; assist with TMDE database cleanup. Assist logistics section with redistribution and turn in of excess TMDE.

OTHER DUTIES: Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by the supervisor as necessary to support contract/mission support requirements in job-related areas.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: High school graduate. Employee must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly. Exceptional organization skills are desirable. Three years of related experience in handling and/or maintaining Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE).

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a Top-Secret security clearance. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Operation of government owned vehicles is required, so incumbents must have and must maintain a current, valid State driver’s license and qualify for a government driver’s license. All selected candidates must undergo and successfully pass a background investigation and drug test as a condition of placement into this position. Supports NRTF operational objectives; observes company Quality, Safety, Environmental, Security and Administrative policies. Supports Process Improvement.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Job requirements will be performed in a well-lit, environmentally controlled atmosphere, as well as outdoors during performance of TMDE deliveries. Will be required to operate, inspect, and perform operator maintenance of government vehicles. Incumbents must be able to obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Lifting up to 50 pounds, bending and stooping will be required frequently, to include daily delivery/pick-up of TMDE equipment from Holloman, AFB PMEL.
