Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in store management or assistant manager role preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales management
- Excellent mathematical skills for cash handling and inventory control
- Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
