Beverage Manager - Casino manages all activities of the beverage function for the organization. Identifies, evaluates and develops strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction with the department's services. Being a Beverage Manager - Casino ensures compliance with all food and beverage regulations. Monitors equipment and inventory levels and takes appropriate action. Additionally, Beverage Manager - Casino may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the head of the unit/department. The Beverage Manager - Casino supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Starting Pay $17.53 - $26.30 DOE
General: Must be age 21 or older. Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License.
Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
Abilities: Must be able to easily initiate contact with new people, demonstrating a consistently pleasant personality and strong sense of guest service. Completion of Responsible Beverage Server (RBS), preferred. Knowledge of effective training techniques preferred. Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace. Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations correctly.
Physical: Must be able to exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four (4) hours in length and can lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
