We welcome all levels of experience in the industry, but are focused on finding a candidate that has relevant experience, is comfortable with the culinary side of the business and preparing fresh breakfast foods daily, able to multitask proficiently and above all, has a passion for serving others. What We’re Looking For

• Someone with an infectiously enthusiastic attitude
• Someone with leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Someone that loves to help and serve others
• Someone passionate about expanding their knowledge of food and coffee preparation
• Someone will culinary experience (ideally 1 year)
• Someone with flexible and weekend availability (required)

As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for:

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments
• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, artisan and speciality beverages
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls
• Building relationships with customers and providing a professional, personalized experience
• Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
• Training new hires and current team members on best business practices
