We have an opening for a full-time, office based, Billing Coordinator! Monday through Friday schedule!!

Responsibilities:- Use medical management software, PDF editing software, spreadsheets, email, and other basic Microsoft applications.
- Review caregiver notes for accuracy.
- Keep payroll deadlines and make sure all contractors are accurately paid.
- Work directly with case management team.
- Maintaining accurate records of payroll documentation.
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases, software programs, and spreadsheets.
- Input special payroll information (ex: back pay).
- Performing account balance and payroll reconciliations.
- Preparing periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- Maintains payroll policies and procedures, payroll calendars, payroll checklists, and other procedural documentation.
- Position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Must be able to process high volume computer input with a high level of accuracy.
- Capable of performing work within fixed time constraint.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting, utilizing existing spreadsheet systems.
Qualifications:- Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Accuracy in work tasks
- Excellent reading, writing, & verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Sharp memory with strong analytical ability
- Interest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their families
- Must have great interpersonal skills and be a team player
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks and sitting at a computer for long periods of time
Benefits:- $100 monthly cell phone reimbursement
- PTO, as well as sick time, after 90 days
- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance after 90 days
