Job Description​

Reporting to the Director of Finance for Research Operations, the Grant & Billing Analyst will have responsibility for facilitating  the management of day-to-day post-award financial and administrative activity for a portfolio of sponsored research grants, contracts, and clinical trial agreements.  The Grant & Billing Analyst will have direct responsibility for tracking project revenue and expenditures, invoicing research sponsors, management of project accounts receivable and accounts payable, preparation of financial reports, reconciliations of project activity, monitoring for compliance with Federal grant regulations and contract provisions, and serving as the primary liaison between the Research Business Office and study teams.
