What You'll Do as a Billing Analyst :

• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, to analyze billing data and resolve partner inquiries across various communication channels promptly.
• Support past due collections efforts through effective partner communication and negotiation.
• Maintain accurate records of all billing and collections activities in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the billing process and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Work closely with team members to ensure timely response and resolution of billing inquiries, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
• Conduct account reconciliations and manage multi-currency accounts, leveraging your analytical skills to identify discrepancies and drive resolution.

What We Are Looking For in an Billing Analyst :

• A motivated and energetic individual with a strong foundation in accounting principles and advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or other business related field is ideal (will consider non-degreed candidates with relevant experience)
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accuracy, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners.
