Automotive Billing Clerk

Peter Boulware Toyota is growing and as such, we are expanding our accounting office, with several positions are available.

Experience is preferred but not necessary. We offer our associates a team environment, great benefits, and ongoing training and support.

We are looking for an organized, reliable, honest, hardworking employee who is willing to learn and works well with other team members.

Must have some accounting experience and be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department
• Audit deal jackets and post completed sales to accounting
• Research outstanding vehicle-related receivables and assist in the collection and reporting as necessary
• Process F&I product cancellation paperwork, including refunds due
• File documents in a timely and organized manner
• Maintain a professional demeanor while on the job

Qualifications

• Prefer 2 or more years of accounting experience in an auto dealership
• Previous experience working in a busy office environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail
