Billing Manager jobs in Oklahoma

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Billing Management, Implementation and improvement of billing processes and contract negotiating experience. Be comfortable working with both customers and vendors. The Billing Manager will be responsible for managing and over seeing the high view billing process, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, collections, and medical billing practices. The billing manager will also work closely with our billing and accounting team to ensure daily operations are running smoothly and timely payments are being made. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong business process mind with communication skills. Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee billing staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing of customers.
• Monitor and analyze billing trends for business implementation.
• Develop and improve billing procedures and policies.
• Create reports for management to review billing data.
• Resolve customer billing disputes when needed.
• Train new staff on billing processes and procedures.
• Negotiate contracts with new or preexisting vendors.
