Responsibilities:

• Manage dental insurance billing processes, including posting payments and following up on unpaid claims.
• Oversee patient and insurance accounts receivable, diligently following up on outstanding balances.
• Lead appeals for denied claims and conduct audits on accounts, proactively addressing discrepancies.
• Maintain accuracy in financial records by sending out statements and managing accounts effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in either Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in dental billing and collections, specifically with PPO insurances, is essential.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dental administration, emphasizing billing and follow-up procedures.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring productivity and adherence to established protocols.
• This position is based in our support office and does not offer remote work arrangements.
