Job Description

We are seeking a Billing Specialist for a contract-to-hire role in Gaithersburg, MD.  This role will be onsite/in the office Monday-Friday during normal business hours and will be responsible for all billing matters of assigned customers which will include both services and hardware. Additional responsibilities include:  

• Validation of all installation activity to ensure invoice accuracy.
• Work with other support teams such as installation, field maintenance, program management and, customer service.
• Support the onboarding process for all customers migrating to the new platform. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or a related field
• 1 year of MS Excel
• 1 year of experience creating/using data analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of V-lookup with advanced Excel skills
• Ability to understand contractual terms
• Understanding of contract language
• Ability to pick up systems quickly

Additional Information

This contract-to-hire will be located onsite in Gaithersburg, MD.  This role will work Monday-Friday between 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
