Billing Systems Analyst monitors, maintains and verifies the billing system to ensure accurate billing information. Analyzes billing system components after implementation or integration. Being a Billing Systems Analyst ensures the operations and associated procedures of billing systems are efficient and effective for billing delivery. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Billing Systems Analyst typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Billing Systems Analyst works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Eligible for a lateral transfer or eligible for a 70.1 transfer or a 52.6 transfer by having one year of permanent competitive service in an appropriate title;
