What you will do (not an exhaustive list):

• Generate and use reports to verify customer ticket information
• Prepare daily cash reports
• Input sales for daily reports
• Verify and resolve customer account discrepancies
• Match payments with customer accounts, post payments to accounts and prepare and submit bank deposit
• Answer multi-line phone in a courteous and professional manner; take customer orders and set-up delivery
• Clerical tasks such as filing and mailings

What we are looking for:

• Office/accounting experience
• Work with a high degree of accuracy
• Great attention to detail and numbers
• Possess problem solving skills
• High level of mental acuity
• Ability to follow directions, multi-task, work independently and have good time management skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Insurable Driving Record

Post-offer physical and drug test are required.
