Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator. MUST HAVE flooring experience. MUST LIVE within 30 miles of our office in Irvine.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Gather requirements from project managers/sales team to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and performance, implementing cost control measures as necessary.
- Coordinate & handle all material purchases and ensure they will meet project schedule.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues affecting project timelines and deliverables.
- Create electronic submittals and hard samples submittals
- Gather project insurance and prelim info.
- Assist with project billings.

Must have:
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management in FLOORING.
- Familiarity with cost control techniques and budget management is a plus.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation processes.
- Knowledge of vendor management practices and tools.
- Proficiency in outlook calendar
- Professional appearance
- Typing speed of 55 wpm or faster

Pay: $45,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
