As a Production Supervisor (also known as Assembly Line Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you'll oversee and coordinate the work of assembly line employees. Your duties will include preparing work schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring high product quality. You'll also identify units that fail tests or tolerance levels and supervise necessary repairs. This role requires a thorough understanding of assembly positions and reports to the Plant Manager.

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
• Ability to accurately utilize a tape measure and lift 50-100 pounds.
• Physical ability to work a full day in a non-environmentally controlled, loud work environment.
• Strong communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with basic hand and power tools, automobile mechanics, and electrical systems is a plus.
• Current and valid OSHA Forklift Operators License (training can be provided).
• High School Diploma or GED, preference given for Associate or Bachelor's degree.
