Biomedical Engineering Technician delivers biomedical equipment services that provide safety testing, repair, maintenance, and user support of biomedical clinical and research equipment. Assembles, installs, repairs, and maintains a variety of medical equipment. Being a Biomedical Engineering Technician tests the functionality of equipment and takes accuracy, sensitivity, and selectivity measurements to calibrate devices. Coordinates with medical staff and vendors to troubleshoot problems, resolve equipment malfunctions and enable new devices. Additionally, Biomedical Engineering Technician supports medical staff with equipment operations training. Typically requires an associate degree. Nalas Engineering is currently seeking a self-motivated and tech-savvy IT Data Technician. The successful candidate will be working with a team as the primary point of contact for employees seeking help desk support and will focus on providing Tier I/II tech support of a Windows based network as well as stellar customer service. As an IT Data Technician, you are responsible for responding to email, chat, or phone queries and offering technical support to customers using computer systems, hardware, and software. To be successful, the candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of computer systems configuration, set up, and maintenance. Candidate will be working with management on the creating and maintaining documentation surrounding the IT data systems in use. Any experience with Data Security and Cybersecurity would be beneficial. Candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to work off hours when needed is a must.
