Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Blackjack Dealers to join our team. You will be responsible for operating blackjack table and making the experience enjoyable and a fair experience for those that patron our table. Duties:

- Operate blackjack table.

- Deal cards and distribute winnings to players

- Monitor betting and ensure compliance with game rules

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with guests

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent guest service by answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise

- Adhere to all gaming policies and procedures

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

- Basic math skills to calculate payouts and handle cash transactions

- Experience in cash handling is preferred

- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and fellow team members

- Strong guest service skills to provide an exceptional gaming experience

- Ability to manage conflicts and handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment

- Must be at least 21 years old

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Physical setting:

• 4 hour shift
