Job Description

Bismarck-Mandan Convention & Visitors Bureau in Bismarck, ND is currently seeking a experienced Blackjack Dealer to join our team. As a Blackjack Dealer, you will be responsible for operating table games in a professional and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Deal cards and operate table games according to company procedures
• Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Ensure game integrity by following all gaming regulations and company policies
• Pay out bets and collect chips from losing bets
• Keep the gaming area clean and organized
• Assist guests with rules and procedures of the games

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Blackjack Dealer preferred
• Knowledge of Blackjack rules and procedures
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
