    Under the general supervision of the Unit Manager, the incumbent supervises tax compliance personnel in a Personal Income Tax (PIT) office collection group. Generally, the group consists of 11 to 18 individuals in classifications from Tax Technician through Senior Compliance Representative. The incumbents have final responsibility for all compliance work under their supervision. Participates as a team leader and team member in the operational change process to identify and resolve work-related issues.

    Additional positions may become available (RPAs 2425-01325, 2425-01341, 2425-01340, 2425-01339).

    Working Conditions

    This position is eligible for remote-working within California based on departmental guidelines and operational need. FTB has a minimum in-office requirement of two days per week for all positions including those that are eligible for telework.
