About the Role :
The Hourly Shift Administrator position is responsible for obtaining scheduling coverage needs are met to effectively run the business.
They will assist in getting coverage for call-ins and requesting additional employees if needed per the discretion of Management.
They will follow up on questions and concerns on the off shift. In addition, they will be responsible for other assigned duties per the Operations Managers.
