As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
