Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and communicating with board members regarding related activities. Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.   • Job Summary:   Responsible for managing branch rental fleet through equipment allocations. Trains branch rental support. Conducts Inventory and monitors rental and customer property items.

    Essential Functions, Roles, and Responsibilities: Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following.

    • Develop/ refine rental processes and ensure branch compliance.
    • Forecasting equipment requirements.
    • Manages GPS tracking, asset tagging.
    • Oversee repair and ensure timely completion and adequate repair part inventory.
    • Participate in branch inventory counts (both annual and cycle)
    • Liaison between rental and inside sales function.
    • Responsible for finalizing invoices on rental repairs.
    • Monitor contracts for accuracy of pricing and equipment.
    • Generating sales orders in sI8 with proper pricing.
    • Monitor reports for utilization and payback.
    • Other duties may be assigned and required.

    Education, Training, Experience:   Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:  None required

    Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

    • Wellhead and gate valve knowledge, assembly skills, highly advanced and specialized computer skills, advanced language skills, advanced mathematical skills and highly advanced reasoning ability.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:  Supervise and train staff within the rental/customer property department. Ensure that equipment within the rental department is stored and organized so that the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly.

    • Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
    • Ability to clearly hear voices or alarms, bells, and other noise.

    • Regularly works in a Branch environment with moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; possible toxic or caustic chemicals
    • Can work outside in various weather conditions and risk of electrical shock when working outside.
    • Regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions (outside weather conditions); high, precarious places; extreme cold; extreme heat and vibration.
