Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and communicating with board members regarding related activities. Being a Board Administrator works closely with board members and committees to achieve organizational goals. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Board Administrator typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Board Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     • Demonstrating awareness, respect, and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, political views, expressions of faith, etc. and works well with a variety of people.

    We're looking for candidates who have:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative support.
    • Strong relational skills for mentoring students and collaborating with industry leaders.
    • Experience in designing, planning, and executing events.
    • Project management skills, including self-paced work within project timelines.
    • Attention to detail, robust data management, and excellent writing/editing skills.
    • Ability to work on campus twice a week and complete additional work remotely.
    • A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.

    Job information:

    • Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week
    • Duration: This is a limited-term position and will conclude within 2 years.
    • Primary Work Location: Newberg Campus
    • Working Conditions: Physical requirements are those of a normal office environment
    • Supervisor: Professor of Finance & Financial Planning
