    2. Employee has strong time management skills, which are essential to the work of in-direct staff and staff facilitating programming to third parties. They accurately estimate the time required to complete a task and sequences tasks appropriately to meet assigned deadlines. Employee displays timeliness in the management of projects and when unable to meet a deadline the employee seeks assistance from team members and/or their supervisor.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (includes but is not limited to the following):

    1. Manage the Donor Snap program database; providing weekly and monthly reports as requested.
    2. Enter and process donations accurately as received.
    3. Manage Community Events, Management of Events calendar. 
    4. Schedule staff coverage as needed. 
    5. Process mail correspondence, including sending “Thank You” letters to donors in a timely manner.
    6. Build and maintain positive relationships with all current and potential donors.
    7. Field telephone calls and questions from current and potential donors.
    8. Maintain the agency’s “wish list” for donations.
    9. Provide on-site support to all development events and represent Safe Berks in the community at various events throughout the year. 
    10. Cross-train with Office Administration staff to provide support during absences or position vacancies as needed/required.
    11. Provide on-site departmental support and general management of the department’s required daily tasks. 
    12. Maintain volunteer files and record all volunteer hours.
    13. Serve as liaison to the Board of Directors and maintain board related files, up to and including, board roster, training records, and background check clearances.
    14. All Board-related issues will be directed to the CEO, maintain confidentiality of Board meetings, agendas, and financials. 
    15. Maintain board SharePoint with current meeting minutes, agendas, event notices, training opportunities, and other information provided by the CEO and Board President. 
    16. Familiar with SharePoint, maintaining SharePoint with updates.
    17. Taking detailed meeting minutes at all Board Committe Meetings.
    18. Assist the CEO with new board member orientation and other projects as assigned.
    19. Serve as a back-up to the Office Administrator position during absences or position vacancies.
    20. Must be detailed oriented and organized, must be able to multitask.
    21. All other duties as determined by department supervisor.
