ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Board Administrator works closely with the Board of Trustees, the CEO and select Board Committees, ensuring that all governance matters are handled smoothly and effectively. The Executive Coordinator is the primary point of contact for Trustees and will support the Board as a strategic thinker and a project manager. This person will be responsible for scheduling, organizing, developing, and executing monthly board meetings, committee meetings, and special events. This person also ensures the meeting preparation of the Board Chair and the CEO. This highly organized, time sensitive, and detail-oriented person will finalize materials and presentations so that all materials project a high degree of professionalism. The position must exercise judgement and be able to anticipate needs and respond appropriately. The person should also be a generalist, willing and able to perform complex administrative duties on a wide variety of matters. The position must also maintain confidentiality and discretion and be capable of independent judgment when carrying out projects and assignments.

Salary Range: $69,306 to $78,229 Annually
