Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and exceed customer expectations
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market
- Manage and grow existing accounts through effective account management practices
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales progress, and generate reports
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Provide technical sales support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct business in Spanish as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in technology sales or related field
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and services
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred but not required
