Bond Trading Manager manages and leads a group of bond traders responsible for the timely buying and selling of government or corporate bonds. Reviews orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Being a Bond Trading Manager evaluates market volatility and ensures clients receive the best rate available. Develops programs and strategies to increase profitability. Additionally, Bond Trading Manager keeps abreast of market conditions. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Typically reports to a director. The Bond Trading Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Bond Trading Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. - Manage inbound customer communications- Answer incoming calls and emails to assist customers & suggest product based on their needs.
- Provide support to the outside sales team - Assist the team by responding to requests and filling orders while they are on the road.
- Consult on customer success - Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products based on their unique needs.
- Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
- Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
Requirements:
- Passion for delighting customers with above and beyond service
- Great communication skills
- Ability to manage time and stay organized while multitasking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Familiarity with CRM system
- 3 years proven experience in a customer service or related role
- 1 year of jewelry experience is a bonus
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
