The Compliance Analyst role is a member of the PGIM Fixed Income Trading, Lending and PruTrust Team. This is an exciting, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment, which requires excellent interpersonal and time management skills. The team supports Pru Trust with respect to sub-advisor oversight, anti-money laundering oversight, employee licensing, regulatory monitoring, employee conduct monitoring, policy management, training, board reporting, regulatory exams, and internal audits. The position will also be a key resource for ongoing data analytics and technology project work designed to support and enhance the Pru Trust compliance programs. The Compliance Analyst will assist their peer Compliance teams on matters related to information barriers and conflicts associated with investment activities. The scope and responsibilities of this role will be dynamic to support evolving business models, compliance objectives, the regulatory landscape, and departmental deliverables. The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
