- Prepare and submit payroll information-Breakdown of credit card expenses for the GL-Sales reps commissions-Prepare wires for oversees suppliers- Send monthly customer statements-Collection calls
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements that our Controller puts together-Assorted other general office and customer service helpSkills:
- Proficient in 10-key typing-Knowledge of Sage
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Previous experience as a bookkeeping clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with balance sheet and general ledger reconciliationsIf you are detail-oriented, have a strong understanding of accounting principles, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
