Job Description

Bookeeper / Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

Looking for an upbeat, friendly and organized person to:

• Effectively manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Cost accounting
• Assist Accounting Manager in miscellaneous duties
• Manufacturer warranty tracking and credit management
• Have Quickbooks experience
• Work well with others
• Have strong administration skills
• Have strong communication skills

We are looking for the right personality… not necessarily the longest resume! Common sense, self-motivated, confidentiality, and time management skills are key. Full benefits, great pay, awesome co-workers and customers. Position has growth potential for the right candidate!
