A Cedar Valley manufacturer is currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our team! The Bookkeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining the day-to-day accounting functions, payroll, accruals, and performing general accounting functions as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business management, or equivalent experience preferred.
Proficient in accounting software (3 years minimum experience)
3-5 years Full Charge Bookkeeping experience or Accountant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interface well with all levels of employees and also outside contacts.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
