Applicants should have knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and strong attention to detail. 2 Year accounting degree (or working towards), experience in bookkeeping, and EPIC experience a plus. Wages are determined by the amount of experience and knowledge of job duties.

Duties include

• Balancing Daily receipts from registers
• Preparing deposits
• Data entry of deposits and receipts on QuickBooks
• Accounts Payable functions- monitoring vendors, bills, payments, and credit card purchases
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies or issues
