Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations.
• Perform administrative tasks crucial for efficient operations.
• Generate and prepare financial data and reports, utilizing MS Excel, as requested by the Controller.
• Execute timely journal entries to ensure accurate account balances.
• Support audit processes, including preparation and response to inquiries from regulatory bodies.
• Serve as a backup for the payroll function, ensuring seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked remotely.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
• Previous experience with Sage accounting software is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of reliable performance, as evidenced by strong references.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
