Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Broken Arrow, OK for a Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports and statements. The successful candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software, such as Quick Books, and Microsoft Excel (Sheets)
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience in general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred, but not required
• Prior experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role preferred, but not required
