Bookkeeper, Sr. jobs in Beaumont, TX

Office team is looking for an Organized and Motivated Accounting manager with payroll and bookkeeping experience. They must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in QuickBooks & MS Office Suite.

Requires recent experience two years or more in the following category.

• Bank reconciling
• Expenditures report
• P&L’s
• Store paperwork monitoring
• Responsible for full cycle accounting duties
• Code and enter vendor expense invoices
• Accounts payable
• Process accounts receivable and invoice clients and customers
• Ensure accuracy in general ledger
• Process employee time sheets and payroll
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax returns

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting or related field, preferred
• Certified Bookkeeper designation, preferred
• 4 years of experience in a bookkeeping role
• Advanced accounting and bookkeeping software experience
• Detail oriented
• Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines
• Experience with financial statements and tax returns

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
