Bookkeeper, Sr. jobs in Eugene, OR

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Duties include, but are not limited to, processing accounts payable and receivable, tracking expenses and managing invoices. Our ideal candidate is proficient in Quickbooks and Excel . Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

Responsibilities

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct general ledger
• Enter data, maintain records, financial statements and reconcilliations
• Process accounts receivable/payable and handle in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness of office

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Excel and in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Hours

Flexible schedule

Approximately 24-40 hours per week. This job can be tailored to the right canditate.

Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30am -5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
