Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, is detail-oriented, and has experience with various accounting software. Duties: - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Process invoices, payments, and expense reports - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements - Assist with tax preparation and filing - Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries - Conduct general ledger reconciliation - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of debits, credits, and financial concepts - Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Experience in public accounting or corporate accounting is a plus - Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Quicken, QuickBooks) - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
