Rutland Country Club is looking for an organized, detail oriented bookkeeper to perform all the daily and monthly accounting operations such as cash posting, membership billing, enrolling new members in POS, bank reconciliations, assist with yearly budgets, accounts payable, journal entries, payroll, accounts receivable, expense reports, and financial statement processing. This person is also responsible for sending out and collecting mail. This is a full time position.
Must be able to work independently as well as with a team, meet deadlines, stay organized and work well under pressure.
Bachelor's degree desired but if you have a strong background in bookkeeping that would be considered as well.
