    Responsibilities:

    • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, in accordance with established accounting procedures.
    • Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
    • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
    • Manage payroll processing, including calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes, and ensure timely and accurate payments to employees.
    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and subsidiary ledgers, ensuring proper classification and coding of transactions.
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial data and analysis to support decision-making.
    • Monitor financial transactions for compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
    • Coordinate with external accountants providing necessary documentation and support.
    • Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry best practices, and implement changes as needed to ensure compliance and efficiency.

    Qualifications:
