This full-time finance administrative position works Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
As an Office Manager - Bookkeeping Clerk, you play a crucial role in the financial management of our law firm. Every day, you are responsible for maintaining financial transaction records, keeping accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring compliance. With exceptional accuracy, you examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements. Attentive to detail, you produce reports, reconcile bank statements, prepare bank deposits, handle payroll, manage 401(k) payments, and keep track of overdue accounts. You also maintain personnel files and ensure all employees follow information management guidelines.
In addition to your financial duties, you skillfully tackle a variety of administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, requesting maintenance or repairs of office equipment, and answering phones. You get great satisfaction from keeping our law firm's finances organized and accurate!
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR OFFICE MANAGER - BOOKKEEPING CLERK
