Bookkeeping Manager jobs in Michigan

We are a full service firm with clients nationwide in the Entertainment/Food/Beverage industry. We are looking for a full time payroll clerk with the following experience:

• 2 years experience processing payroll and general office duties
• Must be proficient in Excel and Word
• ADP Workforce experience is a plus

Duties will include:

• Utilize ADP software for efficient payroll processing, including data entry, deductions, and tax filings.
• Processing wage garnishments and child support orders
• Maintaining/Verifying electronic new hire employment handbooks
• Verifying I-9 and tax documents are in compliance with federal/state regulations
• Address payroll-related inquiries and issues from employees and management promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with ACA regulations, including tracking employee hours and benefits eligibility.
