Management Trainee Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and track brand initiatives and determine areas for improvement for brand recognition and sales growth
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers in an accurate and efficient manner
• Enhance brand awareness and increase knowledge of our clients by attending webinars and client meetings
• Drive interest and leads through the creation of strategic target marketing and developing savvy strategies to assist in achieving quarterly sales targets
• Research demographics and local competitors to meet the needs of our consumers and develop a cutting edge against the competition
• Maintain strong knowledge of the community’s unique selling points, including benefits, sales promotions, and services provided to residents and rates
• Develop positive and wholesome relationships with prospects by listening to their needs, asking questions to acquire more information, and presenting the benefits of our brand that will uniquely meet their needs

• Process-oriented, a fast learner with excellent creative problem-solving abilities, and is a superior communicator
• Experienced as a Team Lead, Account Manager, Client Relations Associate, Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative, or similar roles
• Able to quickly adapt to new methods and work under tight deadlines
• Empathetic and actively listens to others' concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills
• Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
• Open-minded and eager to expand business knowledge across multiple departments
• Creative and can bring brilliant ideas to the table to increase sales and brand awareness

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,326.26 - $58,199.37 per year

Compensation package:

• Bonus opportunities
• Commission pay

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
