Branch Management Trainee participates in a banking management training program designed to provide on-the-job experiential training in the daily operations of a retail branch office. Assists with routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and contributes to other operational tasks and activities. Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Job Description: It is the House Lead’s responsibility to ensure the effective running of their designated home. This includes ensuring that the home is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion, participants in that home have their needs met, staff who work in that home are properly trained and are adequately completing their job duties. House Leads will work closely with and answer directly to the Supervisor. Needs to have 6 months or more of caregiving experience and be able to pass a background check.
Job Duties:
· All job duties of Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s)
· Ongoing verbal and informal training with employees of that home
· Building rapport with those they encounter at work and being a professional role model.
· Supervising Employee Assistance with Medication Pass-offs
· Shadowing and Training new hires
· Participant Billing Record auditing
· Med Pack – MAR Reconciliation (making sure labels match the MAR, things are documented, meds are ordered, all meds are accounted for, things are properly discontinued and started, etc. )
· Updating and maintaining the Appointment Frequency Form for the participants in their home- this includes scheduling any medical appointments they need and making sure it is done at the frequency the doctor asks/requires.
· Making sure their home has all the paperwork needed, ensuring there are blank forms in the homes so staff can complete them when needed, and house supplies are purchased and stocked.
· Keeping up home maintenance and cleanliness (deep cleaning, furnace filters, batteries for detectors, letting the supervisor know about repairs or other home maintenance, etc.)
· Ensuring safety in the home they are over
· Ensure that employees who work in that home are completing job duties, documentation, etc.
· Have a reliable personal vehicle and become an approved driver of their personal vehicle to get participants to appointments, activities, etc.
· Taking the Lead on Call phone for one of the shifts to help filter questions, get people places, fill shifts for call outs, and any other tasks the supervisor needs help with during that shift.
· Making sure if they are on vacation, they have someone that is approved by the Supervisor to watch over their home and complete the necessary paperwork.
· Ensure monthly paperwork is picked up before the 1st for the upcoming month, No paperwork is missing in the books for that month, and everything is in the order it needs to be in.
